What type of wood is used for the items in the shop?

We use Premium pine wood for our carved wood signs and premium quality MDF boards for nursery signs.

Can a custom name sign be hung outdoors?

YES! We offer outdoor sealing that provides UV and weather-resistant finish. However, this finish is not available for Nursery signs, and we don't recommend it in children's room.

How long does it take to create a mock-up of the custom wooden product?

You will receive a mock-up of your order within 24 hours.

How is the custom name sign installed and hung?

Our product come with sawtooth hangers installed.

Are the product one-piece designs with no glue or loose parts?

Yes, we carve the designs into a solid piece of wood and paint them by hand. No glue is used.

Will the outdoor sealing option protect the sign against UV and weather conditions?

Yes, it will provide protection.

Can the custom family name sign be used as a wedding welcome display plaque?

Absolutely! Our Wedding/Anniversary Name Sign will function as a beautiful welcome display!

What is the turnaround time for creating and shipping the sign?

It's variable, please check up the full listing of each item for correct details. Different designs and painting/finishing methods largely affect processing time.

Is there a specific size for the sign or customization options available?

What is the process if I do not respond to the mock-up approval within 24 hours?

If we do not receive a response from you within a 24-hour period, we will proceed under the assumption that the design has been accepted by you. Consequently, your custom piece will be moved into the processing stage.
